The academic year at St. Michael’s International School follows a three-term schedule, with the new year beginning in August. Term 1 runs from late August through mid-December, with a one-week mid-term holiday in October. Following an extended break for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, Term 2 resumes in early January and ends in late March, with a brief mid-term break in February. Following a two-week holiday, Term 3 begins in early April and runs through mid-June, with a short break in early May. Where possible, our breaks coincide with Japanese holidays.
